Currency and Payment Terms

Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. Charges will be made to your credit or debit card at the time of ordering. Payments by cheque or International Money Order can be accepted; to use this option, please fill in the comments box with your order.

Value Added Tax & Customs Duties

All UK prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 15%). We will issue a full VAT invoice on despatch of your order. For export clients, our prices do not include local customs duties nor taxes.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your order, then you may return unused goods within 28 days of despatch to our UK warehouse address for replacement or a full refund. As many items are made to order, we cannot accept back all products which are ordered in wrong sizing or colour. This does not affect your statutory rights. Delivery & Lead Times

On receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation by email of the items selected and their prices. Within 48 hours, we will advise a firm despatch date for your order. For bespoke ranges, please allow up to 6 weeks lead time from the date of confirmation; other ranges will be delivered within 3 to 7 days. All UK shipments are made by courier and a signature is required on delivery.
